By providing a good quality service to the passengers that I was able to help them to solve their problems and to give what they're needs and to make them feel at ease and welcome during all aspects of the trip.
The challengesThe complaints of the passengers if there are delayed flights, cancelled flights or loss of baggages and etc. Everyday there are different kinds of problems tjat you will face at the airport and you must really need to.be prepared. You must have patience and self-control because sometimes you cannot also handle your temper but you must thi k that your job is to provide passengers a good service so for you to be able to attain that you must really have patience when you are in the hospitality industry.
