    Good for learning experience
    The good thingsI've learned so much during my time here. People are always willing to teach you and are quite patient. They're open to new ideas and are easy to work with. Working here would be a good experience for those just starting out as it would really challenge you to become better in your craft

    The good thingsIt's not a big company, so you have that feeling of intimacy in your workplace. Everyone is being taken care of.
    The challengesA lot of equipment needs to be upgraded because the company is getting better and better, so the machines and devices should be better too.
