    INCOMPETENT BENEFITS
The good thingsONLY IN DECEMBER, USUAL BONUS ONLY, for 1st to 3rd quarter no incentives for field jobs/associates. Incentives occur only once in a year. Whole operation must be accurate tight schedule and deadlines.
The challengesSUPER HARD AND WORKING UNDER PRESSURE, PROJECTS AND BUDGETS WILL BENEFITED FOR HIGHER UPS, BUT IN NORMAL EMPLOYEE OR ASSOCIATE. NO INCENTIVES. i will never recommend this company for anyone specially to those who already had a family or child. Low salary in the making.

Salary is too low but work is more responsibility
    The good thingsEvery December only
The challengesAbout the salary and the life insurance that they promise you when you start at the beginning. You work for 10 hours and yet you earn about 430 and below because of transportation and your meal, but if you work more than 14 the swapping of time work did not exist.

Learn from the best minds in the industry.
The good thingsIf you have insatiable thirst for learning, this is the place to be. I enjoyed customizing research studies based on the objectives of various companies. In the process, I get to learn a whole lot of new ideas.
The challengesDon't let fear stop you from doing the right thing. Always consult your ideas with your superior before doing anything to avoid rework.

The challengesConstantly evolving needs of the market keep the organization challenged. For individual talents, one would always be given the right stretch to grow you out of your comfort zone.

My experience of being a part of this company is really good.
The good thingsI enjoy working here because of I can see that the company is really heading upwards. They are taking care of us as we can see. Our Managers and Supervisors are very supportive and very open-minded. We can talk to them directly if we have any concerns and that what makes our Department a good team. I also like our new workplace. This is really a good environment to work and also we are more comfortable with where we are right now. I think this company is really heading the right direction and as an employee, I'm very happy that I'm a part of it.
The challengesThere are many challenges in this work especially in our Department. Sometimes the workload is too much but all we have to do is carry on with the work at hand and deal with it. Of course, we should avoid any errors that we possibly can. We always work under pressure. But still, we finish the task always on time.

The good thingsPeople in Nielsen were family. I never felt that I was working because I enjoyed everyone's company. The bosses were nice and I really learned a lot from them.
The challengesI just wish that the management could've reviewed the employee salary rates. I worked in Nielsen for more than 5 years but I didn't get a good increase even though I have been performing well and Igot excellent grades

The good thingsTraining with Nielsen is excellent. People are so professional and challenges are worth doing. The culture is very good, with Respect and Developing People as one of its Mission. Job integrity and commitment to clients is a great vision mission.
The challengesJobs are difficult and challenging, though enjoyable if you love challenges! Innovations are always a challenge! Employees should really be hard working to stay and enjoy the culture and the challenges!

A great partime job for a fresh graduate
The good thingsI was working part time on a per project basis. I love the work there. I can work on my own pace. They pay us timely. I just need to report to the office once a week to turn over the research/interviews that I have completed.
The challengesNone that I can mention. I enjoyed my part time projects there. I did not stay in the office that much to be able provide feedback on what they can improve on.

    Opened better opportunities
The good thingsWorking in Nielsen open a lot doors to better opportunities. I met people who believed in my capabilities and skills. I became part of the Nielsen Top Talent program, to which there are only 30 members.
The challengesI did not see my immediate boss as a leader, instead he was more of a dictator and did not really know what he was doing. He just passed all the work to his subordinates. I needed a mentor, not to be the mentor of my own boss. Also, there was a difficulty when it comes to HR contacts. Most of the HR people already resigned, and what made it more difficult I was under the payroll of AGB.
