    The management expects so much but is unwilling to invest on the knowledge and tools.
    The good thingsAllowances and incentives are fairly decent. Employees are provided with free transportation from few pickup points to the factory. Directly hired staff are provided of annual medical checkup, a dental plan, insurance, maternal and paternal plans, and medical reimbursement.
    The challengesSince this is a manufacturing company, it is very difficult for me, as a designer, to develop my career. I had to resort to doing a lot of things that's beyond the scope of my job description just to get somewhere in this company. It also doesn't help that I am alone in my task as a designer.

    Amazing! I learn a lot on how to make their product, be resposible and be productive for what ever you do.
    The good thingsThe worker's and staff's their is working in one another. They are really team player. I really enjoy working there. From buttom to top it is worthy journey.
    The challengesThe challenges working for this company are: 1. You need to wake up at 4 am in preparing for every day work, you must be arrived in the company at 6 am sharp. 2. They give an exam every six months of your all known process to had a mastery and quality of your work. 3. Their very strict when it comes to attendance, performance and behavior inside the production area.
