Experience in NICE SystemsThe good thingsThere is a good structure and clear company direction. The company goals are indicated and individual goals are stated. Fellow colleagues on the same level are very approachable and very willing to support on my inquiries or clarifications. The working environment was also great since we were allowed to work from home, which avoids the daily commute and traffic hassles.
The challengesThe management is a bit confusing right now are this year alone there had been several re-organization and changes in management. My team was floating for several months before we finally knew our stand, however it was short-lived as we were also informed that due to the changes in the org structure our team is also going to be dissolved, which ended up with my team losing jobs unexpectedly.
