    The good thingsLearn to be time-consuming. Working with Quality and Productivity. I've improved my social communication skills. I became more knowledgeable about working ethics.
    The challengesTransportation. There isn't enough service provided by the company to accommodate every employee. For me to reach the company and get to my accommodations, I had to walk a long way.

    The good thingsThey provide good background for entre engineers like me. Started as my first job as engineer and learned and applied most of my college knowledge.
    The challengesNeed to have confidence in presenting with different sections. They have opportunities where you will need to report directly to the heads of section.
