My experience as a Telecom Dispatcher at Ng Khai.By working at this company, I’ve gained valuable skills and knowledge. I learned how to multitask, stay organized, and think critically at work. Beyond the skills, I’m also grateful for the supportive and friendly environment—both the leaders and my co-workers have been approachable and inclusive, so I never felt like an outsider.

In depth learning and practical training
The good thingsThe acquisition of multiple skills. You are not just limited to your field, but you can also learn many other things outside your field. Always have internal new opportunities to learn new skills.
The challengesIt's not as standardized as the other larger corporations - so people who are used to very organized and systematic approach may find this challenging. But still the Company is working hard on it.

The good thingsA training ground for IT Specialist wherein you can get various experiences from various technology company like Microsoft, Dell, HP, and VMware.
The challengesNo firm job description wherein you will be loaded with various tasks not related for the job description you have signed. Plus the salary will not compensate to the hard work that you have done.
