    as a fresh grad who started with nexus, i can say that nexus is one of the best companies that IT Fresh grad can start off their jobs. it offers a lot of experience specially in IT industries this includes customer facing, technical expertise and product presentation.
    The good thingsthe best part of working in nexus is the benefits they gave. this includes the bonuses everyear
    The challengesi dont like the environment.

    The cons outweigh the pros but if you join here as a fresh graduate it's recommended to kick-start your career but if its a career growth perspective i would not recommend it.
    The good things- Hybrid work setup - Friendly colleagues, can ask almost anyone if you need help as long as they know it.
    The challenges- Learn at your own pace, when there's projects and support most of the time you have to do it and resolve it on your own - Very minimal growth, because most of the task are repetitive - The company provides training but with bond - Management distribution of work

    Excellent training ground. Great Team.
    The good things- Provides opportunity to fresh graduates to get into cybersecurity (SOC) - Provides trainings and certifications (with training bond) - Supportive co-workers, mentors and excellent boss - Great training ground to gain knowledge on cybersecurity and tools. - Technical incentives and some allowances - 14th month pay (up to 16th month bonus)
    The challenges- Low salary - Initial two-year bond (additional bond if you will take certifications after the initial two-year bond) - System engineers that are supposedly SMEs for tools/products provide very minimal support to the SOC. - Multiple clients to work with and several security tools to familiarize with. - Getting your final pay takes too long

    The good thingsThe management are very generous and cares for its employees.
    The challengesAll jobs has it's own challenge, it comes with the work itself. You just have to adapt to find a way to work yourself around it.

    Good salary, but jobs are for sales and tech support specialists only
    The good things- 14th month pay, sometimes up to 16th depending on sales - mid year bonus depending on tenure - performance evaluations - trainings and workshops (with training bonds though) - you'll enjoy if you like Technical Support roles, Sales or Product Management - Toastmasters is a great office activity, join if you have the chance - brand new office
    The challenges- upper management have conflicting opinions on "investment" teams - not for Software Engineers, App Developers and Programmers - will get overwhelmed with requests from sales depending on the app you're supporting - xmas parties are plain, no summer outings (you have your mid year bonus though so create your own :) ) - 9.5 work hours (extra 30min per day)

    The good thingsGood place to start everything, gaining experience is superb, expect a lot of new things along the road, and also great colleagues, boss are smart and not so bureaucratic, a really nice company.
