    The good thingsThe compensation package might be considered a positive aspect.
    The challengesIn my view, the company’s structure may not be well-suited for individuals who prioritize autonomy and seek greater control within their area of expertise. From my experience, issue resolution—particularly when escalated to management—can be a lengthy process, sometimes taking several months. I recommend carefully reviewing the job contract and considering whether the work environment aligns with your professional goals.

    they handle branded eyewear and watches .
    The good thingsI have been familiar to all luxury brand especially in eyewear dept where i was assigned. during my time they offer good compensation . And since i was assigned in optical shop I also learned different kinds of lenses and because of these Iam not only good in selling but also I learned new different things inside the optical shop.
    The challengesI was assigned in optical shop and ive been working with them for almost 7yrs. we are consignment inside the store and i handled branded eyewears. Since Im the only who was in charge to my items i am the one who is reponsible for displaying and re arranging all different brands of eyewear. Im also reponsible for the inventories and stocks. And also I was responsible to monitor our sales growth every month.

    The good thingsI love working in here. I met some great individuals which made me more inspire to dream big. The work related task that i have is bulky but i somehow managed to handle it.
    The challengesWhat challenges me here is the work loads that my account has. My first month here is very challenging when my co-league resigned and all her work was given to me. I handled 2 accounts for 3 months.

    A jumpstart career but not for long term
    The good thingsColleagues are actually nice. Accessible to various types of public transportation. There are also some employee sale from time to time. There is an annual company outing and yearly Christmas company celebration.
    The challengesBenefits are very standard. However, some rules are not properly implemented to all employees (e.g. attendance, tardiness). Salary increase is very minimal.

    The good thingsFor four years I've been with them, I manage to improve my leadership skills from various trainings and seminars they have. I learn to communicate well with different individual, from bottom to top management. I always remembers what my Boss told me, you can idolize someone not to copy their way but aside from that, you have to surpass them in your own way.

    The good thingsWhat I enjoyed in this company were the challenges and trainings especially when they saw your potentials and you are willing to develop them the management will not hesitate to train you to become who you want to become.
    The challengesThe company should have made policies and procedures beforehand and they should be properly done in a way that they can be easily understood by employees and should be complete and necessary.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working in Newtrends international corp because i grow my knowledge for cashiering and for being sales assistant. Knowing about types of customer, how to handle customer complaint. And about for fraud credit card. And lesson learned is how to treat good customer to provide a good sales. Thats all
    The challengesThe challenges for me is everyday how to improved our daily sales. And challenge for me to sell a higher price of watch. That is challenges for me.
