    Not a good place to build your career
    The good thingsNone at all. Very stressful workplace.
    The challengesNo proper orientation and turnover. Unsystematic management. Job description aren't clear, they will assign to things that you haven't signed up for.No career development, high amount of workloads that seems impossible to be executed rather just make emotionally and physically exhausted. No benefits at all, no salary increase.
