The good thingsthe chance to explore the whole plant. attend seminars and training. you will learn to be more imaginative and forecast possible outcome due to hazards and risk in different areas of the plant. people are approachable and open-minded
The challengesequipment needs improvement and building needs renovation. better gardening to also to prevent snakes from entering the workplace

The good thingsEnjoy the mix ethnicity and IMS and ISO compliance of the company. The cost of living is also relatively very low so you can have no problem if you are used to living a simple life. The good thing about the company also is that it is multi national and the core values are excellent.
The challengesThe challenges you can encounter is the dynamic management. There is also struggle with the environmental issues and compliance but the company is working in it and also there are still issues that needs to be resolve like the low salary and the leveling which is still on going.
