    The challengesThere is no perfect organization, what is important is the management is trying its best to balance the motivation and discipline of its employees. Our challenges are more on bulk of recruitment but so far we manage it.

    The good things- Career Opportunities for employees (Promotion from rank & file to managerial position) - Recognize and reward employee's exemplary performance and potential talents - Malasakit and support to employees during emergencies - Top management are hands-on to the business and very generous - Management are open for changes and improvement
    The challenges- The Main Office is located in Valenzuela City (far in Pasay/Makati/Taguig/Ortigas/Mandaluyong) and store branches are limited in Central and South Luzon provinces only. But the management are providing free staff house in all branches.
