    The good thingsI moss working here all of my co-workers were good to me and they are always there to help me with the job and teach me patiently. Kudos to VIP Service Ambassadors
    The challengesDuring the hectic hours or popular hour you should be more allert and avoid even small mistakes because that will affect your work and slows your productivity as an Service Ambassador. On the other hand choose your agency wisely, cause some of them are delayed when it comes to Salary liquidation.

    The good thingsI enjoy the salary and benefits. My customer service/verbal communication skills was enhanced due to face to face contact with players every day. However, the environment itself isn't healthy as it is a SMOKING AREA.
    The challengesHealth. I've always been worried that my health will get deteriorated due to inhaling smoke 8 hours in a working day. Also, I can't tell that I have personal development and growth in what I do as a slots assistant.
