    The challengesBiggest challenge was the fast paced nature of work. The company had high expectation of productivity which meant that there was often a lot of pressure to complete the tasks quickly and accurately.

    The good thingsCompany has state of the art machineries and equipment. Good learning opportunity for those who are starting their career as technical person. Management is open to helping you achieve your career goals.
    The challengesSome department don't sync with the main drivers of the project which makes it a challenge for PMs and BRs to accomplish goals. Some people are toxic and not easy to work with.
