Associates are warm and very welcoming, politics are at low level. The good thingsI have developed more management skills because everything I need to know was learned at work, transition from previous manager only appened in an hour. Spoon feeding doesn't exist. The management was very supportive, and sharing thier thoughts on some projects. The management is cost wise, F& B management.
The challengesI never had a manager in my outlet and I was an OIC the whole time, I have to learn things on my own or atleast majority of the task. Training materials are sorted by the outlet management. I have to spend a minimum 12 to 14 hours at work and my rate was still for the Assistant Manager, never given a increment or any form of moneytary incentives as an OIC.
