    Best for construction experience
    The good thingsThe Operations manager is the best. He will share his knowledge and he is very understanding. but he is always late but understandable). You will surely learn a lot, in just a short period of time you will be able to handle big projects. If you are a student that need OJT experience this is the best.
    The challengesDon't expect your salary to get any higher. Expect on-site and office people miscommunication and misunderstanding =, it will always happen.
