A fun, disciplined, and growth prioritized work experience
The good things- leads and management know how to support, adapt, and discipline their employees - Events, Incentives, and benefits are readily given to reward the employee's hard work - A company that provides necessary resources, training, and encouragement for workers to focus on their skills - they match salary finely for starting people and those that excel towards seniority and lead
The challenges- Some mishaps on load and schedule does slip off and results in unexpected longer work hours

Fair and Tolerable and still Hoping to Improve More
The good things- Best place to start a career - Fellow employees/artists are helpful towards each other - Food, electric and internet Allowance during WFH - Free lunch/dinner once every month
The challenges- Some non-in-house projects still need some improvement with the workflow - Occasional stressful work unless you know what you are doing. I don't mind the stress that much unless it's super stressful - Some few language barriers

    Good management and team mates!
The good thingsA lot of improvement on the management side and they actually listen to employee problems. A lot of provided benefits specially when the pandemic hit. WFH with internet and electricity allowance. Team mates are very helpful towards one another.
The challengesMost tasks are daunting and challenging, specially to juniors. The teams are relatively small, most of the time you will doing multiple tasks. (Animatics, Lighting, Rendering, Vfx and compositing) OT's are prevalent at the height of production. (Proper work planning might mitigate this.) If you're a bit slow on the uptake, you might want to reconsider applying, due to the number of things you need to remember and do.

The good thingsThe Dinner and Lunch Meetings
The challengesThey are a startup on Game Development. Also, there were around 3 months where we did not have airconditioned workspace and we were sweating profusely due to the heat.
