    Too much work load and not well compensated
    The good thingsThey can teach you anything they know and give you task that you can accomplish
    The challengesThe boss and the feeling bosses. They feel that they control your time. they want you to go to work specially if it is holiday. because they are taking their vacations so you need to be on-site for monitoring
