    Not recommended if you are looking for growth and satisfaction
    The good thingsThere is no organizational management here, so working here is not advised. You report directly to the CEO without any subordinates and no proper training but expecting you to not commit any mistake. There is no annual increase and no room for progress while working here, and they expect you to labor beyond your pay.
    The challengesEveryday is a challenge. There’s no room for career development. No training at all, you will just start your work and do a self study.
