The hiring team was accommodating, but their responses were passive.
The good thingsHiring team is nice and accommodating during the interview.
The challengesHiring team should inform the applicants on the status of their application and become more proactive in providing responses to applicants.

Hiring team - Initially nice and accommodating but the recruitment process ended in an on-site initial interview with no feedback. Applicants should be able to know what went wrong, even if they didn't make it. They should refrain from saying " we will reach out to you" if they won't.

    Great company great employees
The good thingsThe good thing is the employees. They are fun to work with. So very professional with a gentle approach and welcoming hands seeking to provide help.
The challengesThey are transparent but at some point, encounters miscommunication between departments. No general guide for all departments when it comes to company policy in resolving issues or concerns. Each department has its own resolution/approach to a certain problem that is not practiced by other departments that at some point, may result to a much more problem which you'll be held accountable.

    Great culture
The good thingsThe people are great. Culture is a huge benefit. The company is still very small, so you get to know everyone. The company really makes sure that only good, culture-fit people really come in. Most managers also set you up for career growth. Definitely a place to work in.
The challengesAs mentioned, the company is still growing. You have to catch a lot of the extra work from time to time while the company fixes their lapses, but a lot of people willingly accept them because they really care enough to see the company grow.
