Never go too desperate and expect so much next time.
The good thingsWork environment with the Japanese Clients, especially on work ethic and timeliness. travelling has been essential and vital to completing each project so a manner of critical thinking for each task was always put onto pressure.
The challengesTransportation has always been a problem because employees (contractual or probationary) were never treated the same way by regularized drivers who don;t care about a team effort of getting home on time or making a compromise for the overall comfort.
