    I owe my knowledge and skill in hemodialysis nursing in this company.
    The good thingsI found a second home in my place of work because my seniors are really friendly. I developed my communication skills and courage since it is my first job as a nurse. I found my passion in taking care of renal patients.
    The challengesI think it would be better if they will hire more nurses because sometimes, we are understaffed and underpaid.. It would be also nice to be invited to attend seminars for free to update our knowledge and apply it in our work.

    No overtime of admin officer, too much workload but our salary is very low.
    The good thingsI work with good people in my branch.
    The challengesThe challenge that we are facing in this company is they cannot replenish the fund of a certain branch right away. Therefore, we are obliged to use our own money to keep up the need of the certain branch.
