    Good benefits
    The good thingsGives good training to employees and great chance to hone your skills. A great chance to work abroad and get training out of the country.
    The challengesTop level management doesn't give other opportunities to those who want to grow and develop other skills related to new technologies. Also people gets confused to its processes.
