    The challengesLow salary. No training for technical supports. Also, if you are a top performer, they will add more products for you and no raise of salary.

    The challengesLow salary. There should be a salary alignment with the software Engineers. Don't get comfortable you end up staying years and you didn't know your skills are very old and you can't keep up with others. Some technologies can't be use outside only for NCR.

In there, I undergo an intensive training which build me into a successful someday. It armed me to fight and stand the rest of the candidates.
