    The good thingsOut of town team buildings, incentive trips and bonuses. The annual conference which is held in a luxurious hotel and the company treats it's employees on a lunch/dinner out on buffets when the target sales are being hit.
    The challengesUsual stress encountered from the bosses to meet deadlines. No overtime for employees under sales management unless very much needed. Salary is average.

    The good thingsHead office is based at Dallas, Texas, USA and company is over 100 years old. A very people friendly company. Employees always come first. Benefits and compensation and incentives are on par with market standards. A great career booster for freshers and even for experienced people.

    The good thingsThey have given me opportunity to grow and turn my negatives to advantages. Unlike any other environment, this company serves as your family as well as your companion as you also treat them well. As you love your work, it will also bring back to you whatever good results you deserve.

    The good thingsThis is a family oriented company. Managers and Rank and File employee like me gives out good relationship with one another. They have regular working hours, no work on Holidays and Saturdays. Every Monday, the Country Manager gives spiritual advise and enlightenment to all employees. New hires were introduced and performers are recognized. If you are looking for a stable company, I highly recommend NCH Philippines Inc.

    The good thingstravel and meet the owners of hotels and Restaurant, dressing plant etc... knowledge of proper gears of selling. title for national conference...challenging quotas for travel abroad. and learn more proper telephone setting for customers that give you appointment for the owners or managers in established business
    The challengesthe challeging here is to beat your quotas for tour incentives..sometimes its difficult to demo on the spot of the chemicals.. and sometimes its hard to sell chemicals in other establish business because of the price.
