The past few months of my work experience have been an incredible learning opportunity for me. I have been able to experience different aspects of the working environment that I would not have been able to experience otherwise. Through this experience, I have learned the importance of perseverance, patience, communicating applicants, encode and hard work.The good thingsWhat I like most is encoding data clearance for applicants, and I love communicating with them, and I also like my coworkers. I learnt a lot from the NBI encoder.
The challengesWhat I didn't like was that some applicants were rude and complaining, and they wanted to be right because they said customers are always right. I also didn't like the salary; it was always delayed, and the salary was very low.
