    A perfect company for professional growth as an accountant
    The good thingsMy professional growth has indeed gained from this company. Also, no matter how tough and difficult the work is, with the seniors and managers I had who are so patient, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable made my life in Deloitte so easy.
    The challengesMy multitasking skills was tested since I was given multiple engagements all at the same time and meeting almost the same deadlines. Though it is expected since the time I had my engagements is also the time of busy season for auditing firm.

    Best company and HR Team ever!
    The good thingsThis company provides great opportunity for continuous growth. The environment is good especially the people from HR. They are the best HR people i've dealt with so far. Very accommodating and friendly. They also keep me updated with the status of my final pay. Kudos HR Team specially Ms. Anj, Ms. Arrianne and the rest of the HR team.
    The challengesNo company is perfect. What made this company different from others are the people I've worked with . Heavy workload is there, deadline is there, but my bosses and teammates made it easier for me to cope up.

    The good thingsIn terms of experience, it really is career-developing, that's why many private firms look for accountants with audit experience. You will be assigned to various companies and learn a lot about different industries.
    The challengesinsufficient training, no work-life balance, reimbursements and clearance take really long to settle, endless overtime specially during busy season. low pay similar to other audit firms

    The challengesVery low pay, no work-life balance and they have a very long process of clearance. I have to get my clearance and last pay for 2 months.

    Nice place, good start for a career, awesome environment, but low salary and area around costs too much
    The good thingsFun place to work, people are nice, great career foundation for neophyte CPAs, great for earning experience and job related learnings and opportunities. Co-workers are intellectuals therefore meaningful conversations could be provided.
    The challengesTime management and working on various clients on the same time. Mentioning those quality of work is greatly affected therefore judgements from upperclassmen would weigh more on those shortcomings. Some co-workers are annoying because of showing off their tolerance to overtime wherein my opinion that kind of mentality should never be given praise.

    The challengesThe people who handle you could be diminishing because the way they micro manage is questionable and yet stressful. Self spending, in terms of money you yourself would spend for yourself and cant reimburse because of the delay in delivery of client code

    The good thingsThe environment is nice, despite the demand for the Job. Most of the people are friendly which will help in aiding their personnel to grow as an individual and improve their career. Most superiors would treat you as part of their own family and work hard to meet objectives. Promotion is to the next level is fast, only need to show your dedication to the Job, perform high levels of work, and be on time.
    The challengesThe Company should try adopting the flexible time shift for their staff. There are many hardships encountered in the firm, especially with handling with clients. Overtime is common, the issue is there will always be instances that their Personnel will not be able to make it in time, and further deducting the salary would lead to their staff to decreasing morale to continue to stay with the firm.

    The good thingsThe company provides employees great opportunities to grow as an auditor and learn alot of things since you will be exposed to varies processes and industries. You get to handle different clients with different personalities.
    The challengesHigh on overtime and high level of stress. It is very hard to maintain a work-life balance in this kind of industry especially of tight deadlines and a lot of deliverable. Overtime and reimbursements take a long time to process.

    The good thingsI enjoy the benefits and the working environment. The learning is good and its a good start for the newly passed CPAs.
    The challengesThe transportation inside BGC is very hassle and traffic. I hope they will improve their recruitment process, ensure that all requirements are passed before the employee start for work.

    Great as a starting point in building your career as a CPA
    The good thingsChallenging work environment that guides individuals to a competitive edge after rendering two to three years of work experience. I was also kept on updated on all general applicable accounting standards in the Philippines, and even countries adopting.
    The challengesHandling different attitudes inside the work place, and also on different clients. Time management skills was also developed during my tenure inside the firm.
