    it was a roller coaster ride
    The good thingsthe work environment, the doctors, the managers and my july 2017 batch of service representative. it was my first job but i like the challenges everyday being out in the field to meet with doctors you need to be on your best everyday to impress the doctor you are going to detail your product. it was a great experience for me.
    The challengesinclusion of my products inside the hospital formulary, why inclusion of the product because without my product inside the hospital formulary my product will not move and i will not hit my target. the first thing to do being out in the field is to know that if my product is already inside the hospital so that we could do business with doctors.

    High compensation but you must be very excellent in handling stress.
    The good thingsAverage Starting salary, but theres an increase yearly without regards if youre performing or not. One of the companies in pharma with High incentive scheme, plus a bonus every ‘ber’ months equivalent up to 15th month pay. Plus addtl bonus during december (depends on the company’s performance based on ytd) incentive trips for top teams, health insurance, rice subsidy, car given yo evry psr

    The good thingsEmployees were all compensated above the minimum and has a yearly increased of 2500 and above. They taught the employees to be more responsible, competitive & honest. They push the employees to give their best in what ever they do specially the nature of the work is to hit their monthly target. I learned to work under pressure. In return of your monthly hard work you will receive incentives.
    The challengesThe challenges are you should be at the work place by 7:30AM since it is the company policy/rule unlike other pharmaceutical company that don't have call time since the nature of fieldwork is flexible time. The Company Doesnt have Union, they dont ask for the voice of their employees and just do whatever they think is right for the company.
