The good thingsManagement give me a break to handle the supervisory position even I have no background in food and beverage operation and maintenance and I learn more in process automation, instrumentation and facilities maintenance
The challengesManagement not providing training of staff even incapable to handle the responsibility and do not care of engineering department particular electrical section and HR personnel is unprofessional to handle employees.
