High Salary but OverworkedThe good thingsThe good thing about this agency is the leaders are highly competitive and wants to really guide the peopl of the community to a better health and nutrition. There are a lot of programs, materials, and supplies that are given to the lgus.
Aside from this your salary is big, yet no benefits of bonuses what so ever for the Job orders. Job orders should not also expect to have a regular ar contract as its hard to achieve.
The challengesI am writing from a personal experience. This review is to give insights to future employees about the nature of the work. As i don't want others to feel what i felt.
The challenges i face for this company is there is no proper job description for the employees. You do what the heads tells you to do with minimum guidance and supervision, given if you're new or not. In the region office i worked with the people undiscipline of the proper work hours. The thing i despise the most is the uneven work distribution and the unreliable heads.
Not good for mental health.
