    The stress in the work depends on what project you handle. Some of the works are stressful even you have lower salary grade.
    The good thingsThe good thing about the agency is the environment. NHA have a wide and broad area with courts for sport and jogging area. And not to mention, the garden is clean and splendid. The people in the agency are hospitable and accommodating. The atmosphere is very professional.
    The challengesOne thing that is very challenging is the processing of papers or voucher. Like every government agency, NHA also have slow processing maybe because it pilled up and haven't taken for notice. Promotion and regularization is pretty hard to get.

    Very good for those who are hungry for experience in Construction specially for Fresh Graduates.
    The good thingsThe challenge of every work. As a Civil Engineer, I learned a lot in the implementation of the project. Every work, from Earthworks to Fire Protection Works I learned how to handle all the Building Works and Land Development Works because of the exposure in the field.
    The challengesIf you are a fresh graduate and looking for a good start. I definitely recommend in working in this company. You will learn the basics and advances of Project Implementation/Management. You will learn on how the contracts work.

    First day at NHA
    The good thingsSince this is my first time as Data controller/Estate Management Assistant, i struggle a lot for almost a week since our job is fast track, we need to deliver our target from time to time. i go for overtime without pay for me to complete our task i do multitasking area works any task that can help our team.
    The challengesThe challenge i encounter is about fixing computer related problems since i am graduated as Diploma in Computer Electronics i do some troubleshooting assisting co worker regarding computer application, i do research and attended seminar for me to become more productive, i am so thankful because of the challenges, i learned a lot and i am using it until now and gain more knowledge thru internet.
