    The good thingsThe company values their employees, provides a competitive compensation and has a good working environment.
    The challengesIt was difficult to get a regular position since their requirements are hard to attain and is not suitable for fresh graduates. Most positions would require a license or certification or a minimum of 3 years work experience.
