The challengesThe challenges for me in working in a bookstore is to meet different kinds of customer. Students from different levels and different schools, mother or parents buying schools supplies for their children, professionals from different institutions, to serve them is a great experience for me, because I have to adapt to their different characters and to their needs beyond expectations.
