    The good thingsWorking with the company has been really smooth. The atmosphere even in the pandemic is chill. Remote work works well.
    The challengesThe pandemic has robbed us of physical co-worker interaction. Remote work is really nice but sometimes you remember the feeling of working inside an office with other people.

    The good thingsApproachable management team. Friendly and helpful co-workers. Good office location in Ortigas Center with a view of Rizal area.

    Big Improvement
    The good thingsSometimes allows the employee to work from home and some has a flexible working schedule. Subsidize gym membership. New and improved office at MarcoPolo Ortigas. Overlooking view at the office windows Free Coffe/Milo/Snacks :)
    The challengesNeed to upgrade workstations for more productivity. Lower Salary rate compared to other companies in the same industry.

    Difficult at first but rewarding later, because I learned a lot during my time with the company, even up until now.

    Huge Improvement of Narrasoft.
    The good thingsFirst, it is one of the best place to work, Marco Polo Ortigas, a five star hotel. The people here are very approachable. They are really great in their work at the same time they guide you with every task given plus the new PM is simply amazing. She brought the biggest change (Good) in the company. Looking forward to more years with Narrasoft. Cheers!
    The challengesWell before, it had cons like there were days when we dont have tasks and low salary for those people who deserved raise for working a long time with full efforts. And placing cctv is a no.

    The good thingsThe CEO and general manager is kind, professional and attentive. The people are welcoming and friendly. Fun work environment, non- toxic. The office is great and accessible. A lot of good people in general. There's a UFC GYM benefit which is great. Health card is available as well. Projects are good and has variety.
    The challengesVery slow implementation of a lot of things. It will take a few months to get what you requested or a lot of times forgotten. Doesn't give proper updates. The management needs improvement in general. The computers are out of date and cannot handle the projects provided Softwares are lacking There is no training for the 3d artists The salary is average to low Over all, Narrasoft has a lot of potential and many changes has been made since I started working here. Fighting Narra!

    The good thingsNice company, Workmates at the art department are really great non toxic, fun, cooperative and inspiring.
    The challengesThe salary might be low for some people but it can be adjusted to your lifestyle. Hard at heart as well when it comes to the clients comments they can be annoying however that's how it is. Salary can be annoying as well due to the inconsistent of the management on salarium, missing days of your work hours and the Over time you did and even the holidays.

    Narrasoft is a comfortable workplace
    The good thingsThe great thing about NarraSoft is that most of the employees are very friendly even the CEO is approachable. It has a comfortable work environment. There is a fixed schedule but time adjustment is also applicable. The workplace is very nice. Salary is always on time.
    The challengesThe workplace is far from home. The management is slow in processing documents, evaluation and attendance etc..

    Narrasoft is a great company :)
    The good thingsCo-Employees are friendly, Managers are very attentive to their employees, Especially the General Manager, Very good environment and nontoxic, Location of the office is very nice and beautiful. The workplace is comfortable, the ambiance is very relaxing, Government Benefits are complete and we have also HMO, and there are yearly outing and team building plus GYM. And of course free training about programming :)
