    The good thingsWe get good benefits, Japanese company always has the standard, proven and tested for many years in terms of quantity and quality. We work as a team and as a family. Everyone has discipline. Cleanliness is the virtue in this company. Japanese company is the best. They give the employees the salary they deserved.
    The challengesReaching the daily target and the shifting schedule. The nature of work is very challenging too, hard at first but when you learn things become easy. Its just a matter of perseverance, hard work, dedication and love for your work.

    The good thingsA better salary compared to other manufacturing company in Clark. Has a year-end bonus depending on the performance of the company. For a fresh graduate, it is a good training ground but not a good company for retirement.
    The challengesEveryday morning meeting and other meeting(s) is just so stressful. It feels like most of half of my working day is spent on the meeting alone. When things don't go smoothly on the production, make sure you can explain it well during the meeting. Shouting during meeting is very common. Engineers come and go in this company.

    The challengesmaybe my leader was a little bit silly,she thinks if us of being contract worker only while she was regular.She doesnt even know what are feelings when the time if we end our contract.But then again,she made me one of the best employee
