    This company is very generous.
The good thingsThe good this about this company is that they are very generous. Their resources is not limited in terms of compensation and monthly allowance, and the training given to juniors is superb! Trust me that you'll learn everyday. Everyone is easy to approach and eager to be consulted whenever there are concerns or urgent matters. It has good working environment where you won't feel out of place but still professional, which helped me to adjust as a first time job seeker. Rating is 9.9/10.
The challengesProbably the challenges is that the job is night shift. Though it is also compensated. But that's all, not service-affecting.

A supportive work-from-home setup with great benefits, recognition, and team-building initiatives that make balancing career growth and well-being truly rewarding.
The good thingsThis company is a great place to work, especially with its full work-from-home setup that supports work-life balance. Employees enjoy strong benefits, including double pay and meal vouchers for weekend work, HMO coverage that extends to up to two dependents, and a work-from-home allowance to help with internet and utility expenses. Beyond the benefits, the work culture is very supportive, with positive energy coming from both peers and management, making collaboration and growth much more rewarding. Management also provides social budgets that allow teams to engage in non-work-related activities, adding fun to our routine while strengthening team connections. Lastly, the recognition from management motivates employees to do their best, as efforts and achievements are genuinely valued and appreciated. Overall, the company shows genuine care for both productivity and employee well-being.
The challengesWorking in a full work-from-home setup has its advantages, but it also comes with challenges. One of the biggest hurdles is the lack of face-to-face interaction, which can sometimes make communication slower and collaboration more difficult compared to an office setting. Staying motivated and maintaining work-life balance can also be tricky, as the line between personal time and work hours often gets blurred. Technical issues such as unstable internet or power interruptions can add stress, especially when tasks are time-sensitive. While the flexibility of WFH is appreciated, it requires extra discipline, strong self-management, and constant effort to stay connected with peers and management.

The company’s willingness to listen, act on feedback, and support both personal and professional needs makes it a great place to work, despite the challenge of building in-person bonds.
The good thingsWorking from home has given me the gift of spending more time with my family, which means a lot to me. Communication with management is open and easy. They genuinely listen when we share our needs, whether it’s for support or ways to make our work smoother. We do have a set schedule, but there’s a healthy amount of flexibility as long as we let them know ahead of time. What I truly appreciate is how supportive management is, not just in helping us meet our professional goals, but also in understanding our personal needs. This is the first company I’ve been part of where surveys actually matter, not just a formality. They read our feedback, take it seriously, and make real efforts to address concerns. That kind of sincerity and action makes a big difference.
The challengesSince we work from home, it can be a bit challenging to build close connections with colleagues. The company has made efforts to address this by creating opportunities for us to meet in person, which I appreciate. However, it’s still extra challenging for me because I live quite far from most of the team, making it harder to join those gatherings.

Overall, with the competitive compensation, supportive culture, and exciting growth, I can confidently say I’m in a good place here at Nanoninth.
The good thingsWhat I appreciate most about working at Nanoninth is the competitive compensation package, which truly reflects the value the company places on its employees. Beyond that, the culture stands out—management genuinely values its people and fosters an environment where communication and feedback are encouraged and appreciated. It’s refreshing to be in a workplace where your voice is heard and your contributions are recognized.
The challengesOne of the current challenges is the rapidly growing base of clients, but I see it as a positive challenge for all of us—something to be grateful for as we look forward to a new momentum and continued success.

My perfect fit of a job
The good things1. It’s work from home and night shift, so you can do your personal errands in the morning. You don’t have to take a leave. 2. You are learning new things everyday. There are a lot of tasks. A lot of opportunities to make mistakes. Hence a lot of opportunities to learn and improve. 3. Competitive starting salary and benefits. Hard work is properly compensated. 4. Everyone’s approachable and fun to hang out with. Occasional work hangout is also encouraged.
The challengesAmount of tasks. There is a ton of work to be done. A lot of improvements that should be made. It’s a burden and it’s something definitely needed to overcome.

Good working environment. High potential for career growth.
The good thingsI love the friendly environment. Colleagues are nice and superiors (even the bosses) are easy to approach. It's amazing how you feel close and connected to one another even though in reality you are far apart (since it's remote work). Reward for your hard work is good. You may have to overtime at times because of the workload, but the company is generous and very considerate of your overall wellbeing. They value work-life-balance. Another thing I love is their operation. Results are fast and their approach toward clients is professional. I also love the workspaces/tools used. It makes coordination and synchronization work easy and productive.
The challengesChallenges is probably having to adjust to remote work. You have to know how to manage your time well and making sure you can produce results.
