    A Multinational Japanese Company where you can improved skills and capabilities as along as you are willing to grow as an individual and accept additiona work challenges on top of your regular taks.
    The good things1. Yearly salary increase 2. Upto 15th month bonus 3. Employee trainings and seminars (with oversea trainings specially when you are part of the Sales Team) 4. Great company outing locations 5. H.M.O. 6. Work challenges and skills will be maximized
    The challenges1. Slow career growth, some employees on a particular departments retain their positions even after working for a decade 2. Sometimes work becomes overwhelming. You need to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 3. Politics within the employees. 4. Tight deadlines but still manageable provided you are willing to render OT specially during month-end closing.
