    An experience worth mentioning
    The good thingsThe atmosphere is absolutely amazing, since I was stationed in Davao the OM and TL's were very kind and understanding. The office was fine and they are definitely more accommodating to their employees in terms of rules and procedures. Its perfect for those who has no experience in BPO yet 'cause the atmosphere is very welcoming.
    The challengesIf you are financially supporting someone or your family, the beginning might be a challenge since the basic pay is not much. Its fine for those have long and great previous experience since the offer might be bigger but for those who doesn't have much in their resume's (like me) it was a struggle at first.
