    Good training ground for fresh graduates because they are using new technologies.
    The good thingsPeople and environment
    The challengesBenefits are not so good when you're looking for a long-term company. Lack of HR staff to accommodate all employees needs. Yearly increase is not guaranteed and don't expect high increase when that happens. Politics(toxic thing) is very obvious here so be aware of that.

    Good company among friends.
    The good thingsThe work environment is good at the time we were still showing up on site. It's good that they considered working from home when the pandemic came. We were able to overcome this challenge. We even did better and we still are despite the situation.
    The challengesI am going to hold off on this. Let's just say they have items they should sort out.

    The good thingsAwesome compensation package. Great peers to work with Non stop learning. Very caring HR staff and bosses.

    The good thingsWork life balance - we have our team building on yearly basis that let us show the team's competitiveness and also promotes team bonding. The company also value family and lets employees prioritize their families. NPAX also have a helpful culture that is evident when you ask someone a question, they will stop with what they are doing and try to answer your question first.
    The challengesWe do have challenging projects with challenging clients that puts us on our most all the time. We are measured with how we handle this type of challenges.

    The challengesPerks are decreasing tbh. But it's still above standards. And should be understandable as the organization is growing.

    Awesome Company To Work For
    The good thingsCompany gives good benefits, supports and treats each employees with importance. The people I work with are mostly great, the company does well in screening in employees (includes personality).
    The challengesMaybe the shift might not be suitable for most, as main core times is 2pm-11:30pm, we do have flexible times though so you can either go earlier or later as long as you have time within the core times.

    Great culture, competitive compensation packages, great exposure.
    The good thingsAs a developer I find that the we can really learn a lot of things and exposure is great. We are building a SAAS and is now migrating to the cloud. With a highly collaborative environment and colleagues are technically competent. They are very much willing to share knowledge and help team members. Output driven and the company really expects the best from its employees. Compensation packages including benefits are comparable if not better than most of the companies here in the Philippines. Career opportunity is also good as long as you're able to demonstrate your capability and skills.
    The challengesWe are partnered with a global company and for some teams and other past employees may find the shifting schedule challenging.

    Excellent professional growth
    The good thingsI enjoyed the working environment; how we work as team, how our team leader determines our strengths and weaknesses and makes us works as one. How the boss is guiding us to be in the company's road map. Overall working experience is exceptional.
    The challengesOne of the challenges was the pioneering stage of the Team. We are the ones to establish standards and keep on looking on ways to make things better. Another challenge is benefits and other allowances. We have the tendency to spend some for working expense (transpo etc.)
