    Be careful on this company guys, NOT a good working environment.
    The good thingsThey will take care of you when they need you.
    The challenges- Delayed salary, it takes almost a month of chasing to the management. - The management blame the developer directly if they did not commit the timeline instead of helping and ask them why. - No proper workflow on the software development (they do freestyle). - Some technologies they used are old. - Stressful environment, the developers talk to the client directly which NOT right. - They on-board many projects but lack of resources, so downside is 1 developer handled multiple projects.

    One of the best opportunities this 2020
    The good thingsThings are tough because of COVID-19 and I am glad I found a company like this that allows us to work from home, be flexible, provide good compensation and incentives, and there's a lot of activities to engage us to promote our well being.
    The challengesThe company has a policy that forbids account executives from meeting clients physically. I think that's a bit limiting but it's okay. I understand it's for the safety naman ng mga employees.

    The good thingsBusybee has a positive and enabling work environment. The management empowers us and gives us enough freedom and really makes time to mentor each of us personally. This is what I've been looking for especially during this pandemic!
    The challengesThe onboarding process needs improvement but I really felt the efforts of HR and my other colleagues to help me settle in.

    Busybee is a one of the best company here in the Philippins.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because, first the CEO is very kind and he trust and believe your skills. Second, the company treat you as family not just an employee. Lastly, Busybee is non strict company. They dont pressure employees and the boss is always there when you needed financially, spiritually and encouragement!
    The challengessome of the co workers misunderstood you, because of rumors.
