    The good thingsCompany provides regular communication, listen and consider new ideas, and continually encouraging growth, both personally and professionally.
    The challengesOur clients are top named brands and we are doing incredible things that impact the way business is done across the world. You will be busy, especially assisting clients and their needs, but the benefits typically outweigh the stresses.

    Awesome Company and awesome co-workers!!
    The good thingsWhat I enjoy the most is that My Offshore Team is caring with its people and would really go the extra mile to ask them how we are doing with our work. Also, my client and co workers are quite awesome as well that's why I feel so blessed to be part of this company.
    The challengesChallenges mostly compose of connection problems but My Offshore Team provides Technical Support to help us.

    Best Offshore Company in the Metro!
    The good thingsThe company looks after on the safety of its people. Hence, they let their employee to work from home. Likely, the HR Team is very cooperative and supportive. The management is good, benifits is on top, salary is above average. I can definitely recommend My Offshore Team to others! 👍
    The challengesNone so far. The client whome I was assigned to work with is great. And I am learning so much about my current job.

    Working in My Offshore Team is absolutely rewarding.
    The good thingsMy Drafting Manager is nice, HR people are approachable, salary is high.
    The challengesIt's not that I don't like it, but working on 6 in the morning is quite a challenge. But I got used to it overtime.

    My Offshore Team is the best!
    The good thingsMy Offshore Team really takes care of their employees. They keep their employees updated and make sure they well compensated.
    The challengesWorking from home can be a challenge when you encounter computer technical issues. Fortunately, My Offshore Team, has a very good I.T. team who are always available and easy to get in touch with. The H.R. team is also very approachable and accommodating.

    Good company that relies on remote work.
    The good thingsMy Offshore Team has embraced remote workj completely. And in this post pandemic environment, a company will not survive if it does not adapt. Annual leaves, Medical benefits are some of the most important benefits that employees need now and MOT has provided this. Giving new employees additional leaves to use on emergencies.
    The challengesWorking with MOT has been a breeze, a couple of annoyances I have encountered are all technical issues ( workstation hardware etc) but all in all everything can be solved.

    The good thingsNew management has great leadership, changes are coming and applied as new management lead us. they will make sure that agents/Staff are comfortable in any way of work. The ambiance is great as we have a new office. Great leadership and changes help us to improve on our daily task

    A Growing Start Up Company
    The good thingsMy expectations were set properly from the start of the recruitment and consistent enough until my deployment.
    The challengesWas confused as to why other employees are saying negative things about the management when they can approach them to ask questions about anything. I guess since its a start up company, everything is still changing including their processes.
