As a StaffThe good thingsThe clinic is an ambulatory/ outpatient clinic with emergency and operating room services ready for patients. We are like, working in a primary hospital, only we do not accept inpatient services. We have consultants with different specializations unlike other medical clinics. We are also POEA and ISO certified that we are accepting local and international clients that needs to undergo medical exam
The challengesWe are quite understaffed because Nurses come and go. Still, as a Nurse, we opt to work in a hospital so that's the major reason why nurses leave. the work load is pretty much heavy too, but that much should be anticipated bcoz there really is not an easy job, right?
Stressful because nurses has to multitask, this is difficult esp when u r working ALONE in the station. 7:1 patient:nurse ratio.
