Overall, it was a highly rewarding experience—well above mediocre for a beginner VA like me.
The good thingsAs a beginner VA, this has been an extraordinary experience. The compensation is fair, and I’m genuinely pleased with my client, they’ve been exceptionally understanding and accommodating.
The challengesThe only challenge has been the vulnerability to health issues, and I truly hope MFS considers providing HMO benefits soon. With that addition, I believe MFS would stand out as one of the best companies to ever exist.

So far it's been a great learning experience & strong industry
The good thingsGreat pay for 100% remote work, company is continuously growing and improving all around. Long-term positions for those looking for a career they can do from home. No need to drive to work. No need for babysitters. More time in the day because of no commute to the office means it's easier to have work-life balance.
The challengesTime it takes to hear back on decisions

I was grateful at first — until I realized the real payment was silence, shame, and being treated like I didn’t matter. Cringe to say, but it’s the truth.
The good thingsThe salary and the clients — that’s it. Everything good felt like a lucky glitch in a system that didn’t really care.
The challenges✨ Started strong, ended in secondhand embarrassment — for them. • One small mistake? Overshadows everything. Including your loyalty and efforts! • Screenshot from Timedoctor due to carouseled wallpaper = got “code of conduct violation” 🤡 and when I explained? They didnt apologize, still pressing its my fault for having that wallpaper, funnier part? Got flagged twice. Aren't you keeping receipts? • Sent advance delay notice = still marked absent or warning like Hello, are you working? 🙃 • 2+ years of work = no benefits, just a “Happy Birthday” email (thanks, I guess) • Client gifts equipment = I get flagged for “asking for gifts”... even when I declined 💀 • Asked for update? Ignored. Got a response to my email thread without answering the question 😅 • Offboarding? Pay for notarized docs, mail it, then ghosted for 2 months. • Pro-client all the way, VAs are just... there. Until we’re not. Loved the work, grateful for my clients — but the management? Whew. Good luck and God bless 🫶

I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to learn from talented colleagues and to grow professionally. My Freight Staff is more than just a workplace; it’s a community where everyone is encouraged to thrive. I look forward to many more years of creating amazing work with my team!
The good thingsI've had the privilege of working as a graphic designer at My Freight Staff for the past seven years, and I can genuinely say it has been an incredible journey. From day one, I was welcomed into a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation and personal growth.
The challengesThe leadership team truly values the contributions of each employee, making it easy to feel inspired and motivated every day. The projects I’ve been involved in have not only challenged my skills but have also allowed me to express my creativity freely.

Absolutely Unprofessional Experience My interview with My Freight Staff was one of the most uncomfortable and pointless experiences I’ve had. The interviewer had a long face the entire time—no smile, no warmth, no professionalism. It felt like they didn’t even want to be there, so I don’t understand why they’re interviewing people in the first place. There was no proper engagement, no effort to make the conversation meaningful. It was as if they were just ticking a box without actually caring about the candidate or the process. If that’s how they treat people during interviews, I can’t imagine how they operate internally. Major red flag. Total waste of time. Avoid if you value respect and decency.

Do not apply on this company, you will have a horrible experience. Delays in salary, hard-to-reach support ( I don't know why they even bother to call it support that doesn't support you), power tripper support management.
The good thingsThe salary is a little higher than usual
The challengesVA support do not care about the agents. Just leave you hanging to dry. They are waiting for you to make mistakes and just penalize you for pretty much everything

The challengesThe VA support is horrible in giving me updates on my status. The client is also horrible because they are not following due process.

VA support responds in a timely manner
The good thingsSalary is more than okay compared to working in a physical office. Great for entry level. Clients make VA feel appreciated.
The challengesYou won't get as much support as you would like from VA support. They do not read through the whole concern. They are quick to respond on faults and deductions but late to follow up on concern. It will take them 2-4 weeks to get back to you! We're sticking because we love our clients. But the agency is a ripoff.

    This is a horrible company.
The good thingsThey were good at first. But management became horrible this year. Salary are delayed. Commissions are not given. They respond to you anymore. Just horrible experience.
The challengesThey brush you off when you need them to fix something. They dont respond and they take money you've earned.

    Terrible management/
The good thingsSalary was okay. Pay was sometimes delayed.
The challengesManagement was really bad. They were just looking out for faults and quick to penalize and were somewhat disconnected with VAs. I had issues that were not addressed, I simply did not receive any response from VA support.

    Office politics is rampant.
The good thingsThe salary is okay and credited on time.
The challengesTheir VA support team is sketchy. They're not supportive at all. All they do is look out for mistakes and immediately gives you a penalty, although it's subject to further investigation.

    Not a good one
The good thingsThe pay was a bit high compared to other homebased VA employers and I was working at home which is great.
The challengesThey don't know how to handle difficult and odd situations. They blamed me for something that was not even my fault without further investigation.
