    Fast paced and diverse work culture
    The good thingsI have very kind co-workers, very considerate team leader. It feels a real family in the whole department. No office politics. The company highly rewards competent employees so this could be a stepping job into building your own dreams.
    The challengesNever ending changes on work process, highly repeated work, have a culture of regularly laying off employees so long-term and permanent tenure is not that secured.

    Generous Company Despite the Pandemic
    The good thingsDespite the pandemic, I was blessed to be one of the Music Tribe award program recipients. For me it was a generous gesture despite all the challenges that businesses around the world are experiencing. This just goes to show how MT puts its people first. We all had to work from home and it’s a good thing that the company provided for all the equipment that we need in order to be able to do our job still. Everyone is a real team player as well. My leaders and co-workers helped me adjust to the dynamic workplace. Since day one, I have been introduced to the culture of the company.
    The challengesBalancing workloads can be tough, especially that there are many platforms involved, for sub divisions that has a limited number of employees only but working here with amazing people who are willing to teach and share their experience and knowledge is more inspiring in many ways.

    A Very Stable Company
    The good thingsMusic Tribe is very stable. In the years I've worked for them, they have made strategic initiatives to make sure that the company survives despite the numerous economic downturns and now as we all know a pandemic. Even if adverse things happen, they keep all Tribers down to the rank and file informed and involved. The management cares for their people and are great mentors.
    The challengesSince this is a global business, it may be difficult for some to understand the entire company easily but the management continuous to communicate everything they can in the most efficient way possible.

    Music Tribe a Tech Filled Company
    The good thingsQuite fast paced. Expect a fully booked week. Although one thing I can say, when it's work, it's work, but when the company celebrates, it celebrates. People are all very warm, humble and smart.
    The challengesSometimes the deadlines are all too tight and work-life balance needs to be revisited.

    Productive Workplace, You should Apply Too
    The good thingsFor me it’s good to be an employee at Music Tribe because everyone is treated well and fair by the management and the company benefits were good. Everyday work can be challenging yet it provides good learning experiences. The people are warm and welcoming. The management reaches out to people up to the lowest ranks. The company also provides simple yet very helpful training to members, having all the documentation in place. If you are looking for an excellent company to work with, I highly recommend Music Tribe for you to apply. Some processes is still stressful but we are all progressing and relentlessly looking for ways to make it lean.
    The challengesWork load at times is too much but when you are able to adapt to the environment, it will get easier for you.

    Flexibility Working from Home
    The good thingsOn the solutions team I am able to work from home or in the office. The flexibility works perfect with my schedule. I am able to work on my main responsibility and also work on articles that supports the customers. This is best thing. I answer customer concerns through our CARE system. The ability to work with the customer directly is amazing and it gives me a sense of belonging. I feel that I am completing stuff daily for the customer base. I would say the most enjoyable part of my job is the fact I can work with so many people in the music industry. The knowledge that I have is next to none. It is a great working relationship. I find myself training others and also being trained. This makes it a fun working place to be at. The team is always helpful and super knowledgeable. Jeff Ford helps me a ton and it makes me feel like I mean something to the team the way he trains. Smart man. The company is good to me. It brings me closer to my passion of music. It also helps me work with so many different people within the industry. The workplace is fun and I am always learning something new. The vision is crystal clear. The PH team is really cool.
    The challengesI don't have the equipment at home to be able to support every case that I do. However, I am able to go to the office to see the equipment. I just wish we had all of the knowledge base articles completed so that it would be easy to just watch a video instead of having to go back and forth.

    The good thingsGreat work life balance. Ability to learn new and cool stuff. Big company so I have the ability to move around within the building. I go to school in my off hours so I am able to study hard because of the work life balance. Management is really cool about school so they work with you on your schedule. The best thing is that the benefit package is far. The leadership team is open to your comments and supports your goals. The teammates are cool and friendly. They work harder so that you can learn the job. They support you through out the time you are working. My day is fast and there are always things to do. I find myself excited to come to work because people are fun and friendly. Its like my second family when I come to work. My team is the best. They are friendly and supportive. They support me through everything and no matter what they got my back. The culture is cool because you can come to work and learn new stuff everyday. The team is great and my leaders are friendly. I believe that work is work and if you work hard than you are rewarded for your efforts. the company has a great vision and it continues to be supported by leadership. I think that you know where the company is going in the market and how you contribute to the goals of the company.
    The challengesI come from different types of businesses and it is challenging to see how many different SKU's we have and how they each work. Don't get me wrong the job is cool but there is just so much to learn. The one great thing is that the team is really supportive so it makes it nice to have the support while learning.

    The good thingsThe people are great overall. They come to work with a positive attitude and help me with my daily tasks when needed. The team isn't afraid to support one another and I am excited to work with such a talented group of people everyday. I can say that my job is my life and to come to work everyday to fix cool products makes me enjoy my workplace even more. Finally, the pay is good and the benefits are even better. I love spending time with my team and having the support that I need around me makes the day go by so fast. Fix stuff! I come to work daily and learn, learn, learn and than get to teach. The product line is so vast that no matter how hard I try I can learn it all, but I want too. I guess the roles and stuff are fun and really cool. I learn electronic and how they work. I can also say that the team is truly talented and helps me grow daily. The teamwork is the best I have ever experienced in my career. The team cares and that all I have to say about that. I am successful because of my team and I wouldn't change it. The team work is a amazing. My relationship with the team is next to none. I am glad to come to work and work with a great group of people. All good people so I don't have anything bad to say at all! The culture is strong because the veterans are really cool. They want you to learn the product and do whatever it takes to make sure you are good to go. The work life balance is also the best! I get time off when needed and my manager is super cool about my time. Very respectful all the time so it makes it easy to work with them. The company has a strong vision and has a strong grip on the business. I finding that the building and operation is the best I have ever worked at and everyday I am happy to see the senior team speak to us about current events.
    The challengesThe hardest part of the job is learning all of the products. The product range is so vast that it makes it fun yet challenging. So if you don't like to learn, this isn't the place for you. The company is moving so fast that it will pass you by if you aren't engaged, so my advise is to stay engaged and work hard.

    The good things"I have been working at Music Tribe full-time for over 2 years. I have read some of the reviews and not all of them are correct because fortunately I have an awesome leader who cares about the team's health and well-being. Music Tribe is a fast paced industry and anyone who joins would benefit from its wealth of knowledge in the digital industry. I work with exceptionally keen individuals and exciting tasks, you are pushed to your limits, which can be compensating when you achieve extraordinary things. The diversity of the potential work and advancement can be extremely appealing. I believe in the vision of the company as it is the right direction, other organizations are attempting to accomplish something very similar."
    The challengesBeing a quick paced organization can be both positive and negative. Since things are continually transforming, you should be adaptable and versatile.

    Excited to See How the Company Grows
    The good thingsMusic Tribe has given me the opportunity to grow not only as an employee, but as a person. I truly enjoy this company and wish to progress as much as possible internally. I have found a new love for computers thanks to my original job here as a tech. I have very much enjoyed learning more about the sales world. I look forward to the change and am excited to see how the company grows. Music Tribe provides a wealth of knowledge of the music and audio industry, and more recent than not gaming as well. This company is innovative and that is the most exciting aspect and the best part is the flexibility for school. I look forward to growing in my life and hope it can be with this company for as long as possible.
    The challengesI have now worked for Music Tribe for two and a half years and can say I have seen it all in the MTNV building. Although I love working here, there are a few things that worry me. The constant hiring and re-hiring of HR is concerning, I feel this role should be solidified before anything personally. I think the lack of analysis of employees is also unfortunate, I have a ton of responsibilities and due to my experience inherent "training/helping" those who are hired on. However, rumors would tell there is a problem with salary analysis and new employees being paid more than employees who have been loyal and scream "management" type. Overall, I think there needs to be a serious re-haul with management and pay.

    The good thingsWe're trained to do what needs to be done according to the policies, standards, style guides provided. Not only that to be relevant, we need to innovate constantly. The work environment is really excellent, fully airconditioned with great facilities. It is conducive to learning, encourages transparency, openness, teamwork, and productivity. Music Tribe provides a lot of ways to help us make sure that we can provide and learn what is expected from us. The standards, guidelines, style guides among other things help us focus on delivering innovative ideas. I believe that these things are very helpful because they make work become easier.
    The challengesThere was too much pressure, management idea change is very fast, some time we couldn't keep up.

    The good thingsThe company is generous. Music Tribe takes good care of us by giving us great benefits and medical privileges. Employees are very well compensated and I like that they provide us free lunch every working day. It is very encouraging for the employees to not worry about these things and stay focused on work that needs to be done. Also, other than being encouraging, these perks and benefits are very helpful when it comes to saving money and helping us feel that all we have to do is make sure that we provide what is required from our jobs here.

    I have no complaints
    The good thingsEveryone in the office is easy to work with. From the day I started working in Music Tribe, there has not been an instance where I was unable to clarify something I was confused with. Every person I’ve worked with so far has been easily approachable and are able to clarify/answer questions I may have. Being surrounded by many people who are talented and unique in their own way serves as a motivation to do whatever I need and can in the best way that is possible. Another good thing about it as well is the fact that I get to learn new things each time I work with someone from Music Tribe. This makes spending time in the office worthwhile and enjoyable.   The allowed breaks, especially the 15min breaks are very helpful. The fact that there is an allotted time, other than the lunch break, to get our minds off work does more than I expected. It lets me take a few minutes to organize or think about what I can do when I can get back to work; or just let my eyes rest from facing a screen and my fingers from typing.
    The challengesBeing recognized is something I want so that other people can know that they can depend on me. It’s something that I will have to work hard since there are not much opportunity for this.

    The good thingsA great thing about working in Music Tribe is the great scope of learning and developing. Being involved in exciting projects gives me the opportunity to be exposed to new knowledge. Encounters with new things or additional information about things I have knowledge about helps me improve for the better. Together with the opportunity to learn, I am able to work with genuinely talented, intelligent and lovely people. Being able to learn and develop with people I enjoy working with is a blessing.     A Fast Growing, Very Result and Quality Driven Company
    The good thingsI believe that the company offers more opportunities for employee's career development, and we can get more new scope and challenges if we are willing to grow up. The feedback from the management team is quite fast, when I seek the advise and help from them, and they actually would like to provide help and guidelines and instruction. Music Tribe is a multinational company, its facility, hardware and concept is pretty brand new and keeping pace with the times.
    The challengesThe change is very fast, it needs us to adapt as quickly as possible, sometimes I am feeling that work pressure will be relatively high.

    MT is a global company with different culture and friendly working environment.
    The good thingsMT is a young company with all kinds of changes & challenges no matter from bottom level and top management level. Company's aim is to be customer obsessed and competitive at the market. It's fair. Good incentive & punishment mechanism are balanced. Management team needs to do this to build up the company. Policies make the company go far and move forward.
    The challenges1. Always changing. No matter good or bad , many downsides brought to bottom level and top management level. 2. Global organization but short of consistent support, communication, stable flow and process.

    Be "more." More reliable, more responsive to Customers
    The good thingsMusic Tribe trains you to be "more." More reliable to customers, more responsive to the most important things, and to be more creative and less repetitive so you can become the best version of yourself offering the best you can to the customers. The benefit package is amazing – with it I am able to provide to my parents and help them with their hospital checkups. Moreover, everything is standardized and almost automated so there is less repetitive work, therefore we are able to put our effort on the more creative stuff and produce groundbreaking ideas and results.
    The challengesThe air conditioner is too cold most of the times. We are looking forward to more activities and socializations that can strengthen our bond as a Tribe.

    The good thingsIn this company, Tribers are entailed to engage in process improvement activities where our insights and expertise are immensely recognized. We always carry a challenging-mindset, disrupting status quo and always aiming for the best quality service to ultimately meet the needs of our customers. We are always on the lookout for learning and innovation to make our processes easier and customer-friendly.
    The challengesIt would be good to have more focus on training and development of Tribers for continuous upskilling. But overall, this is a company where you can grow both individually and professionally. It is highly suggested for Leaders to give fair treatment to all their Tribers (direct reports) no matter the culture and age difference, and difference in beliefs and principles.

    Great Leadership Culture with Endless Learning Opportunities
    The good thingsI am amazed with how Leaders created a great working environment enabling people to strive hard to be the best that they can be. Employees treat everyone with respect regardless of title, position or status. Process flaws have been instrumental for the people to learn new things everyday, challenge the status quo, innovate, think creatively, solve problem which makes Finance people lives exciting. With the fast pacing changes within the Company to cope up with the fast pacing world of digitalization, the ride is truly not for a faint hearted but rather fit to a person with so much passion and energy - an attributes of the employees who chose to stay and support the management's vision.
    The challengesLiving outside Metro, the only issue I have is the location, travelling long hours due to traffic is quite a burden. Working from home though still not an option at the moment but grateful that management is considering this.
