What I Learned From My ExperienceThe good thingsWell, the things that I enjoyed while working in the company are the training and workshops, the good relational relationship between the employees and the good working discipline of the employees. There is a team building activity once is a week to increase the strength of the bond between the workers. Active communication is always practiced in every department.
The challengesThe training for probationary employees is slow in pace. It can make the employee bored in a certain span of time that could affect his/her performance in the job. There are no other avenues for the employee where he/she could expand his/her learning and skills. It became a norm to the company where employees are required to render overtime even if it is everyday.
