    No benefits and slow processing of regularization
    The good thingsColleagues are nice and fun to work with
    The challengesIT'S NOT WORTH IT.The management does not care about you and your demands as an employee and regularization takes forever to process, and no career growth and learning for young and unlicensed employees.

    A great place where you can grow as a professional and learn.
    The good thingsThe salary was never late and you can definitely refine your trade and expertise while working here.
    The challengesThis is the only place I've worked where the clearance is given after tendering the resignation days. The final pay has still not been given after more than 30 days from my last day in the company. The HR Department is a mess and mostly unresponsive to queries and concerns. It takes days for them to reply and sometimes none at all.

    PROMOTION ARE REAL, SALARY ARE VERY LOW.
    The good thingsGood thing working here is the balanced toxicity at work, positive ambiance and if you like to level up your carrer path this is the best company, cause they offer promotion unlike in the other company..
    The challengesThe salary here is very small, You'll get promoted on paper and adding you an additional workloads but not on the actual salary.. They will give you tons of work without corresponding payment.

    The good thingsthe team in your department will widely welcome you and accept you as part of the family. they will teach you beforehand all the info needed before you start your job and you can ask everyone if you don't know something. They respect if you are tired and need some rest.
    The challengesit's not easy to level up your salary. and it's sometimes felt like you're only doing your job repetitively.

    It depends on one's personality on how to deal with the workload, if you're seeking career growth and love challenges, then this is for you.
    The good thingsGood work relationships with the team. Executives are all approachable, Management team are good. Staff is ok and workers as well. You just have to train people and orient on the process flow for them to have a knowledge on how to execute the work and fully understand what has to be done before going on to the next step.
    The challengesYou'll be able to know how to manage your time to do certain tasks and deliver the project within timeline and budget. One must be good in planning so that all of the tasks will have a smooth flow for whether in Design and/or Project Implementation. Collaboration is important, a lot of patience, and a skill for multi-tasking.
