    Save your life. Demanding work.

    Please save your life, don't work here
    The good thingsWFH, not strict on schedules as long as you've done your work for the day.
    The challengesPMs are incompetent. They always agree to the clients even if the timeline is not suited for the changes that they've agreed upon. They do not defend their developers and it leads to more workload for the developers which means more overtime. No growth. Developers tend to do the processes over and over again plus no one has the time to teach new learnings.

    Once of the best employers
    The good thingsAlways updated with new tech, fast paced, friendly and helpful colleagues, free food, free salon, free parking, gym, very nice office, game room, Marvel action figures everywhere, dogs, fish, new learnings depends on your project or lead. I highly suggest to apply if there are opportunities for you.
    The challengesOne problem I learned is the estimates on high level, I believe they estimate the jobs or project to be done based on marketing deadlines not on the capability of the team. The pressure depends on the project. There are projects that are not so stressful and others there are lots of stress. It is the domino effect of overtime, but at the end of the day, you're still the one to decide if you're going to overtime to finish the task and should not affect your performance. And the company is trying to improve this problem.

    The good thingsThe owner. The owner is a very humble and friendly person. Free lunch, gym, haircut, massage, footspa & gameroom (if vacant).
    The challengesNo zero work life balance. Overtime is normal. Expect no weekends. No new learnings. No Process or work structure. Always say yes to their clients even though they don't have it or still in the planning progress. Lack of working space/working station. If your planning to work here you should have a strong heart and will.

    A company that has potential but scared of change
    The good thingsGood pay and benefits. A work machine is provided. Some are also hopeful with change.
    The challengesOne of the most sugarcoated company. Excellent PR and marketing but once you get in you'll see everything is the exact opposite. False leadership, unorganized work, some employees are incompetent and unprofessional, no standard processes, poor project management, & there is no career growth because of repetitive work. Some work like robots. They agree to everything asked of them even without questioning. Zero work-life balance. Working overtime is the norm. There is no respect for an individuals' time, expect a chat or call during off-hours, and even worse, you'll receive will them during weekends/holidays.

    The good thingsThe only good thing is that I was able to develop an application
    The challengesWorst process ever, they don't care about the developers as long as they fulfill their client's requests. Some project managers are far from qualified, immature and unprofessional, processes are all over the place, unhealthy, hectic, stressful.

    By far the best company I've worked for!
    The good things- free accommodation - free lunch, snacks (sometimes breakfast and dinner) - supportive management - game room for recreational activities - gym at everyone's disposal (with fitness and yoga instructors) - in-house salon and spa is amazing
