    It is great to learn new ideas and techniques in estimation but it is not worth to stay if you don't have this even little appreciation.

    The experience has been very enriching. I have gained more knowledge in handling rigid structural steel. Not all architects are versatile in this field.
    The good thingsThe exposure to new field (structural steel construction) and to the new technology as well. The collaboration with the chinese engineers and workers alike have also been very beneficial.
    The challengesThe chemical fumes within the area is offensive to one's health. Even with PPE, the smell and smoke of chemical is unbearable.
