    The good thingsThere is a good working environment. Good relationship between the boss and the subordinates. No irate employees, no gossip etc. There is work life balance and flexibility. Annual increase depends on your performance and they give incentive for a job well done. They value people. A great place to work!
    The challengesThe challenge is that you have to be a multi-tasker considering working in a multinational company where everyone and everything is always on the go. You have to be a fast learner and full of composure even under stress. Never complain and work hard. You will gain a lot working in here.

    The good thingsthe company is people and customer oriented, ethical way of doing business, employees get respected in the field, medicines are based on research, good medical, retirement and compensation plan, employees are trained to do sales call based on ethics and professional selling skills, employees are made to feel like they are a part of of a family .
    The challengesI should have done more coaching and help my counterparts in their area, more open to suggestions and have taken an extra mile in doing my job, should have tried other skills to improve my work, manged my time more to accommodate more work and experience to advance my career.
