Very good company especially for fresh graduates
The good thingsPay and benefits are competitive, around 90% WFH, lots of opportunities for training and development, office is very nice and pleasant to work in, managers are supportive, lots of events and activities in the office, coworkers are friendly, laptops and other equipment provided are very good
The challengesWorking across different timezones means sometimes having to work very early/very late. Workload gets exceedingly high especially when there are urgent deliverables. Salary growth is a bit low so external hires often get higher pay compared to those who have worked long

Best workplace I've been in thus far.
The good thingsTheir HR department is the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with (or having been serviced by). Their management is top-notch, and very in tune with the people on the team, and I'm grateful for that. The compensation package is generous enough, and the facilities are also the best, despite not having dining concessionaires which is fine.
The challengesThe lack of work-life balance for certain teams/departments. You really tend to render a lot of overtime, I am used to it but upon becoming a parent, I have longed for more time with my child, which my work has been a hindrance to. The learning and development is a bit lacking, more of it is elective and reserved to those with higher positions, which is understandable because of the cost of these trainings, however it's always good to have accessibility for those employees who desire such trainings to further their development in these certain skills or applications.

Professional and organized, but no freedom to dictate your own pace in career growth
    The good thingsAbsolutely professional. Organized.
The challengesYou can't grow at your own pace. Different levels (analysts and associates) doing the same tasks.

Terrible working hours and management, great co-workers in Manila
The good thingsThe energy of the place is very young, and lots of events to distract employees from the monotony of the work and the horrible working hours; Salary is slightly above average
The challengesManagement doesn't care about employees' well-being. 12-14 hour workdays, late night meetings, no growth (promotions are just on paper unless you end up managing a team)

Perfect company to everyone looking for a work-life balance
The good thingsWith the right time management, work-life balance can be guaranteed. Working environment is friendly. From your team lead to HR and management, they will support your career development plan.
The challengesAnnual salary increase is relatively not that competitive. Though performance bonus is quite impressive. Allocation of work and job function should be fixed. For those who are joining the company as an analyst but with work experience might get disappointed as tasks can be done by fresh grads with the right educational background.

I am very lucky to have been part of such a great team.
The good thingsI would say this is the one of the best teams that I have ever worked with in my entire career.
The challengesFor now the only thing that I can think of it is to expect a higher than average increase in salary every year is not something that the company gives to its employees. Instead, they give performances bonuses that is usually above market average. So it is imperative that you negotiate your starting salary well before you affix your signature on the dotted line.

Great place to start a career
The good thingsManagement always up to help out, very flexible. You have a big exposure to many operations within a multinational and cross-regional teams. You also get good exposure to financial markets, analytics, IT and compliance fields.
The challengesLow profitability cuts room for hiring and salaries increase. Some roles require long hours or late shifts. even work on holidays
