Best workplace I've been in thus far.The good thingsTheir HR department is the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with (or having been serviced by). Their management is top-notch, and very in tune with the people on the team, and I'm grateful for that. The compensation package is generous enough, and the facilities are also the best, despite not having dining concessionaires which is fine.
The challengesThe lack of work-life balance for certain teams/departments. You really tend to render a lot of overtime, I am used to it but upon becoming a parent, I have longed for more time with my child, which my work has been a hindrance to. The learning and development is a bit lacking, more of it is elective and reserved to those with higher positions, which is understandable because of the cost of these trainings, however it's always good to have accessibility for those employees who desire such trainings to further their development in these certain skills or applications.
